Rental Details:

Kitchen - coffee pot, microwave, toaster, blender, pots & pans, dishes & utensils, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dish towels, sponge, soap and basic kitchen items (Provisions include bottled water, coffee and tea service, breakfast items and fruit juice for each day of your stay)

Beds - 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Full-size futon couch, 1 single roll-away

Bath - 1 with shower/tub, hair dryer, towels

Patio - charcoal grill (charcoal included) and picnic table with umbrella and rose arbor

TV - local channels with DVD player (western DVDs or bring your own)

Phone - no hardline phone, bring your cell phone (other phones available in emergency)

Internet - an internet café is located in the nearby town of Cobden (or borrow my laptop with wireless broadband in an emergency).

Prices*:

Prices are for up to four people. Each additional person is $10/night.

$90/night - Sunday through Thursday (plus tax)

$125/night - Friday, Saturday & Holidays (plus tax)

Two night minimum is required (or add $50 cleaning fee for only one night).

*10% discount for stays of 4 or more nights!

Horses:

A corral with stall is available for $20/night for the first horse and $10 for each additional horse. Includes shavings.

Well-behaved dogs/pets with prior approval and arrangements agreed upon at time reservation is made.
